Reflecting on 2025: A Year of Progress for Neurodiverse Employment

As 2025 comes to a close, we at Autism Insights Foundation find ourselves reflecting on an incredible year of growth and achievement. This year marked our first-ever fundraiser, which featured a silent auction. It was a monumental step for us, not only in raising the funds necessary to support our mission but in raising awareness about the importance of neurodiverse inclusion in the workplace.

Thanks to your generosity, we were able to fund research focused on autistic employment and its unique challenges. We’ve also sponsored individuals for job coaching and mentorship opportunities, helping them gain the skills and confidence needed to thrive in their careers. Additionally, we took a significant step forward in providing free training programs aimed at spreading the message of neurodiversity and inclusion as foundational principles for workplace culture.

As we look ahead to 2026, we’re setting our sights on even greater accomplishments. We aim to further expand our research efforts, sponsor more individuals seeking employment, and increase the number of companies we work with to adopt inclusive practices. Our goal is to make neurodiversity an integral part of every workplace, and we’re determined to continue pushing forward with your support.
