At Autism Insights Foundation, we are fortunate to have the support of many organizations that recognize the value of neurodiverse employees. One of our biggest supporters is the CEO Leadership Alliance of Orange County (CLAOC), a group of influential leaders committed to driving positive change in the community while shaping the current and future workforce of Orange County, California. CLAOC has been instrumental in advancing our autistic employment initiatives, and their commitment to fostering inclusivity is helping to pave the way for a more diverse and accessible workforce.
CLAOC brings together the top executives from various industries to collaborate on issues that impact the region, with a strong focus on creating opportunities for underrepresented communities, in particular by embracing disruptive technologies such as Artificial Intelligence.
