Jennifer Styzens, CFO and Treasurer
With over 40 years of experience working with neurodiverse populations, Jennifer is a seasoned expert in supporting adolescents and adults on the spectrum. She has presented at national and international conferences on behavioral treatment, autism, and social/sexual issues. Jennifer’s deep understanding of stress management and her commitment to helping neurodiverse adults find meaningful employment make her a cornerstone of our foundation.

Elia Eiroa Lledó, Board Member
Elia is a professor at Chapman University’s Fowler School of Engineering, specializing in data science and engineering education. She’s passionate about fostering innovation and improving accessibility in STEM fields. Elia’s dedication to creating pathways for neurodiverse learners aligns seamlessly with our mission to empower autistic individuals in the workforce.

Stephenie Fentzke, Board Member
Stephenie combines her creative talents as a screenwriter with a unique background in psychology and television writing, having earned her degrees from Chapman University. Her internships at Rideback, Valhalla Entertainment, and Westward Productions honed her skills in storytelling and research, while her experience with Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution taught her the intricacies of production. Stephenie’s ability to connect psychological insight with impactful storytelling adds a fresh perspective to our mission, ensuring we communicate our goals with clarity and empathy.

Shelly Davison, Executive Director
Many know Shelly from the heartfelt blogs she’s written for AIF. After 25 years in corporate procurement, she transitioned her leadership skills to nonprofit work. Before AIF, Shelly’s volunteerism included volunteering with organizations like Girl Scouts of America and Su Casa. Shelly’s dedication to the foundation and her passion for advancing opportunities for neurodiverse individuals guide every step we take.

Together, this dynamic team drives our mission to create equitable employment opportunities for autistic individuals. Their expertise and commitment inspire the foundation’s progress and empower our community.
