We do all of this to help change the workplace, so that autistic adults who are employable can find employment, and ultimately, more independence and success.

Our first fundraiser: Saloon Night
A success! Thank you to the donors and participants who stood with us in the mission of supporting autistic employment. We held our inaugural fundraiser during Autism Acceptance Month.
In our first year, we've been busy
- Provided weekly one-on-one neurodiversity career coaching through Atypical Careers for individuals on the spectrum
- Awarded a $5,000 grant supporting Dr. Amy-Jane Griffiths' research on improving outcomes for autistic job seekers
- Operated an informational booth at an autism-friendly community event
- Facilitated a panel discussion
- Established a high school club to build awareness among future employees and employers
- Launched a blog for outreach
