Our Mission
AIF is committed to increasing employment opportunities for neurodiverse individuals. To this end, we sponsor life-changing job coaching and fund impactful scientific research to advance this cause.
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit striving for social justice through autistic employment.
More than 80% of autistic adults are unemployed or underemployed. At the same time, 1 in 31 kids is now identified as being on the autism spectrum. A whole generation is growing up, gaining skills, and heading toward a job market that too often screens them out at the door.
Getting a job shouldn't be about who you know. It should be about what you know. Too many hiring processes reward eye contact, small talk, and interview polish, none of which measure whether someone can actually do the job. We work to change that, one employer, one researcher, and one job seeker at a time.

We sponsor life-changing job coaching opportunities for neurodiverse individuals.
Funding Research for ASD Employment
